Cruz Alvarado is a seasoned operations leader with extensive manufacturing and supply chain experience. His background in lean manufacturing, total quality systems, and process optimization are key in improving productivity, decreasing costs, and improving quality.

Mary McDonald brings over 20 years of Marketing and Technology experience to CTE.   She works with the executive team to combine their vision and strategies with marketable solutions.

Alyssa Davis manages operations for CTE.  She stays on top of scheduling and supply chain management to make sure projects are delivered on time.
