Prototype to Production

CTE can meet your needs for quick turn prototype and production. We will create clear and precise work instructions for every step of the manufacturing process. You can have physical prototypes in hand within days to quickly validate and modify designs.

Mechanical Assembly

CTE's skilled technicians can hand build assemblies and sub-assemblies. We can configure the final product and load required software. The completed box build assembly can be labeled, packaged as a finished product, and shipped.

PCBA and System Test

CTE can perform state-of-the-art testing and verification at the sub-assembly and top level. Finished PCB Assemblies are checked for component placement and functionality with a variety of methods including AOI inspection and X-ray inspection.
