SMT Operator

---

· Experience programming and running SMT pick and place machines such as My9 and My19. 

· Capable of setting up an SMT line, which includes operating screen printers, placement machines, and reflow ovens. 

· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as outlined in the preventative maintenance manual to ensure optimal performance. 

· Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with all employees. 

· Must be able to read bill of materials and assembly documentation, applying knowledge of electronic manufacturing methods. 

· Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. 

· Must possess a solid understanding of IPC workmanship standards and electronic manufacturing methods.
